This machine is manufactured to work in a palletizing line.

Its function is to fill the shock absorbers with gas an later to check them

The machine consists of a steel tube base electrowelded structure on which we are going to assembly a structure of six columns with a superior plate.

LThe shock absorbers are fastenede in tools over pallets that run through a transfer line having as a common reference the flanging face of the outer tube for all the models.

The filling operation is carried out bay two horizontal mouth that close one against the other (through ball feed shaft and servomotor / actuator) and that are adaptable being vulcollan material, to the tubes diameter and to the shock absorbers rod doing a tight blocking-up.

Inside this closing there is a hole / cavity where a pawl is, by means of a vertical pneumatic driver moves it in each jaw and its introduced in the grip's lip of the shock absorber, leaving a physical space to preceed in the gas filling of the shock absorber.

In the same machine a gaging of the batch of the shock absorber is done once that it has been filled with gas through a calibration batch cell to 100N, with a pneumatic protection that moves in vertical sense in a guided carriage by balls and actuator by means of ball feed shaft and servomotor.
